I’m Stephen Renwick, an ACT therapist offering online and telephone therapy. I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by anxiety, self-doubt, or unhelpful thinking patterns. My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping you live a meaningful life guided by your values.

You might be navigating anxiety, self-doubt, big decisions, difficult emotions, or just a sense that something isn’t quite working. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to come here. You just need a life you’re trying to live.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means I focus less on “fixing” you and more on helping you build a meaningful, workable relationship with your thoughts, feelings, and experiences — so you can move toward what matters to you.
